Jason Telescope Model #518. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.Hi,
Up for sale is our Jason 6 inch Telescope made by Bushnell, a quality telescope maker and maker of many other fine optics. This is Model 518 as seen in one of the pictures has a 900mm focal length, a 4.5-inch objective lens (f7.87). This comes with the Bushnell factory heavy-duty tripod to support this beauty. It has been used very lightly for the last 4 years. My older son wanted it to look at the stars so it was a great beginner telescope for him and our family. It's a great family bonding tool once you get used to using it! Then after he got it we had to have the other optional eyepieces so we could see farther and deeper into our solar system and beyond. The rings of Saturn are really cool using the higher power eyepieces. All the extra eyepieces cost over 0.00. I originally paid 9.00 for this telescope with the tripod and two eyepieces. So I have over 0 invested in this telescope and accessories.
Here are the optional eyepieces that come with the telescope set, each eyepiece is kept in a little plastic protective case to keep them all clean and ready for use. All eyepieces are in VGC.
2-- 4mm eyepieces

1- Meade Elbow Lens
We just bought a bigger used Meade 8-inch telescope (seen in the background of some pics) and we want to pass this one on to someone who will get into astronomy as much as our family does. This is a great telescope for beginners and there are a ton of YouTube videos on how to use this one and other ones just like it! Check out all the pics. Come by and check it out and make me an offer. Asking 5.00 or best offer. It's 4 years old and looks new and you can save yourself three-quarters of the price for your future astronomy student with all the extra expensive eyepiece goodies that you don't have to buy! It can also be used as a regular telescope with the lower power lens to see offshore and very long distances if you want to.
