Vintage Iron Maiden World Piece Tour 1983 Crew Roadie Tour Leather? Jacket Vest

Jacket is in nice, vintage condition.  See photos for some of the small scratches to the jacket.
I have owned this item since probably the late 1990s/early 2000s.  It was a gift.  I was told that it was from a crew member on the Piece of Mind tour, so it is likely pretty rare.  I cannot verify any of this information though.  I wore it a handful of times, but mostly it has been stored in a bag in the closet in a nonsmoking home.
Both sleeves zip off the jacket, so it turns into a vest.  It has two front pockets and a (nylon?) patch on the front.  It is lined in red nylon.  It has a stretchy cuff around the bottom and wrists.
There is a large patch on the back that appears to be cotton.  It is embroidered with "World Piece Tour Iron Maiden."  There are some loose loops in the middle E in "Piece" where there is a crease in the jacket.  This can be seen in the photo.
There are no tags in the jacket.  I believe that is because it was custom-made, but I cannot be 100% certain.  There's a light marking where a tag would be with an M, so it must be a size medium.  It measures about 19 inches across the shoulders, 23 inches from armpit to armpit, about 17 inches along the waist.  It is about 26 inches long from the top of the neck to the very bottom of the jacket.  From the shoulder to the wrist, the sleeve measures about 24.5 inches.
